Making Science , atechnologyand digital marketing consultant specializing in e-commerce and digital transformation, has presented its audited financial results for the 2020 financial year . Making Science closes the 2020 financial year with a pro forma recurring EBITDA of 4.8 Million euros, and a pro forma turnover of 60.5 Million euros. In relation to the Making Science share price, the company has experienced a very satisfactory evolution , reaching a valuation at the end of the year of EUR 14.20 per share. As of April 12, 2021, the price stood at EUR 29.20 per share, which represents a revaluation of 813% since the date of release to BME Growth.
These figures show the growth of the company after its incorporation in BME Growth in February and in October in Euronext Growth Paris , strengthening its position in the stock markets of Phone Number List both countries. This incorporation was part of Making Science's long-term growth plan, which during 2020 and the first quarter of 2021 has begun to consolidate. In this sense, with the acquisition of four companies in the United Kingdom, France, and Italy, as well as in the organic part, with a growth of 40% in organic recurring EBITDA in 2020 (recurring EBITDA of 3.5 million euros excluding Omniaweb Italia SRL) compared to 2019 (recurring EBITDA of 2.5 million euros with the same scope of companies). With its exit to BME Growth in February 2020, Making Science became the first company to join this BME market in 2020 .
